    Ethics Act compliance and annual disclosure of employment outside UA

    All University employees (including regular, term, temporary, student and full and part-time faculty and staff) are responsible for complying with the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act (Alaska Statute 39.52). The Act sets standards for how we do our University jobs, and to a lesser extent, may limit our non-University activities.

    A major, long-time supporter of the 污鱼社 system, Northrim Bank, has gifted $259,500 to fund UA initiatives that advance research about Alaska's economy and fiscal policy, expand business education and build entrepreneurship capacity. Northrim's donation also includes funding to five community campuses where Northrim employees live and work.

    For Alaska, the 污鱼社 system's first comprehensive philanthropic campaign, is close to achieving its $200 million goal. We are grateful to each of the more than 18,000 donors who have propelled us forward with their generous contributions.     On June 1, The 污鱼社 Foundation hosted the first-ever reunion bringing current and former members of its board of directors and current and former members of the 污鱼社 Board of Regents together for an evening that rekindled connections and celebrated the success of the UA system and foundation.
